Just a short note to let you know how happy we are to be back in our own home-all thanks to you guys. It feels good to know that when we go to bed at night our home is still going to be ours tomorrow. It's like the weight of the world has been lifted off our shoulders. After going through a divorce I was devastated, going from a two income household to one income was incredibly difficult. My bills were starting to mount up and I just couldn’t get ahead, I needed some type of relief especially with my mortgage. Dear Kris and Erica,

Paul and I wish to convey our gratitude, but just saying thank you seems inadequate. You guys, in a very real way, saved our lives. I still don’t think the reality of our freedom from Homecomings’, and hence from despair, has sunk in. Even worse than the despair and hopelessness of the situation we were in, at least for me, was the anger; seething, all-consuming anger, and nothing in the world to be done about it, until now. Not only the fact that our mortgage has been refinanced, but just the simple fact that you believed in us, that you invested in our future, and allowed us to do the same, means the world to both of us. 

Last night, Paul was looking forward to Christmas this year, with hopefulness. Last Christmas, we didn’t celebrate because we couldn’t afford to. We didn’t put up a tree, or decorate, we bought a few gifts for those closest to us, and that was it. Paul is ever childlike at Christmas, so he went to a tree-lot on Christmas Eve, took a tree out of the dumpster, and brought it home. However, it seemed he spent all his Christmas Spirit getting the tree there, and in the end, it just sat in the front room, in a bucket of water, never decorated. Thanks to you and Erica, we can look forward to a better holiday this season, in our home, with no fear, no hopelessness, and no anger! You don’t know how good that feels, in fact, I’m not sure I know how good it feels yet, but I’m willing to wait and find out. We promise, we will make you proud, and the sacrifices that I know you made for our benefit will not be in vain. You were right, there was a light at end of the tunnel, and it wasn’t a train, it was hope.

I was in financial trouble and I was searching for help with my mortgage. Someone from an agency that I had contacted mentioned my situation to Kris and Erika Wissing. I contacted Mr. Wissing, provided him with all necessary information and in record time, they had my mortgage straightened out and now thanks to The Wissings and The Lord, I am back on the road to recovery and financial security.

Had it not been for you and SidCo Properties, LLC, I would not have my home. Before I was given your name to contact, I had contacted every loan company available including the ones I saw on the internet. However, each one told me the same thing: "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU. YOUR CREDIT IS TOO BAD," just do a deed in lieu of foreclosure. I could not do this without a fight. Thank God you were sent to me. I feel you were the angel I was looking for. And now I know you are.

After the first meeting with you, I guess I told you my life story and you listened and were concerned. You said, don't worry, I will help you out of this mess. And this you have done. When everyone else turned me down, you lifted me up. You have worked very hard on this loan for me and you will never know how thankful and very grateful I am to you. Even when I would get discouraged and worried, you would say, "don't you worry, I am not going to let you lose your home." Kris, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am going to tell anyone who is in trouble to be sure to call: KRISTOPHER (KRIS) WISSING, no matter how bad it seems, Kris will figure a way out for you just as he has for me.
