4. SidCo makes no representations about the value of the property. SidCo does not act as an appraiser, and it makes no representations about the value of the property You are purchasing. You warrant that You have evaluated the price of the property You are purchasing, and You believe the price is fair.
5. SidCo will be compensated for its work. You understand that SidCo may make a profit on its purchase and sale of the property you are purchasing.
6. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ARBITRATE ANY DISPUTES. ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND SIDCO MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ARBITRATION BEFORE THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION.
